How your prices do compare with other tailors?

We are not stocking fabrics, we are not leasing an expensive store and you are dealing with the tailor. We are not hiring sellers... Lots of savings that we are passing onto our customers. Cheaper prices elsewhere often mean cheap fabrics and cheap construction. There is no miracle. You will be getting what you've paid for.

All our suits are made by real tailors using their hands and no more than sewing machines. You will be glad to hear that no robot is tailoring our suits!

Can you tailor for all sizes?

Definitely yes! Whether you are a larger or shorter individual, talk to us. Extra charge may apply for large size and if more fabric is required. We have tailored clothes for people who had a waist size of over 200 cm. This is what tailoring is about.

How do I place an order?

Online: Choose a Style, Select the fabric you like and then add to cart or slect fabric to customize. Make your payment & we will email you a confirmation email within 24hrs.

Can I read some of your customers' reviews somewhere?

How do I choose my fabric?

Go to Clothing styles, click on "Order Now" button, now you can see all the fabrics. you can serach the fabrics within catalogs to find whichever fabric you like then click "View Detail"

We can post you some samples on what we've got to offer. We don't charge for samples however we will ask you to pay the postage to send you those. If you are overseas, contact us as we need to know where you are residing to calculate the postage. You can also pay a deposit on your order and we will then send those samples to you.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We do accept Bank Direct Deposit, PayPal, and all major Credit Cards.

How much is the postage?

FREE POSTAGE when you order with us. Most of our items are made and delivered to you within 2 to 3 weeks after payment and reception of your correct measurement. 

Can you make a suit, overcoat... from a picture or from my own design?

YES we can! All genuine tailors should be capable to do so and our answer is YES. Contact us before sending us any picture or drawing. Thanks.

I am after a special design or/and fabric. Can you help?

No worries. Just email us with what you are after and we will get back to you asap with an offer. It's always useful to let us know your budget so don't hesitate.


What if my suit doesn't fit?

First thing to do is to check our Return Policy. Then contact us and explain the issue encountered. We offer free fittings, alteration services.


Can I send you one of my old suits to replicate or to use for measurement?

Definitely. Let us know first and make sure you've got our postal address right. Enclose with your suit a postpaid satchel to return it.

Are you offering tailored dress shirts?

Yes we do however this service is usually for customers also ordering one or more suits at the same time. Depending on the quantity of shirts (Which is min 6 shirts for online order)  you want to order.
